Pet Policy

Our pet policy allows dogs and cats with a maximum of two animals per home. For the comfort and safety of your fellow residents, we also have breed restrictions in place. Currently, we do not allow Pit Bulls, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Wolf Hybrids, and Huskies of full blood or mixed at any percentage.

•    $50 Monthly Pet Rent for dogs under 40 lbs
•    $65 Monthly Pet Rent for dogs over 40 lbs.
